It seems that it is a defective batch of foods. I bought the one in Poland and sttuggled to use it because the pump doesn't work as it doesn't have a straw. The same issue I have with this cream. It also doesn't have any straw and I can't use the cream with a traditional method. I am attaching the photo and I hope someone will reach me out to solve that issue.

    Spam I feel like a donkey but I reached out COSRX directly and they informed me that the pomp doesn't need any straws,and told how to use it. Since the design of the application is not really perfect I face the problem with editing the comment above.

    It seems that it is a great product. I will definitely order it once more
