I got the shade 23 and it is a neutral undertone for light-medium skin tone. I previously got the shade 21 and it is a light shade with a slight peachy undertone. Shade 21 is closer to my skin tone, but I personally prefer a neutral undertone for my skin because I want my neck to match my face. Mixing the 2 shades is perfect and gives me a natural look and skin like finish. I also love their cushion, it is soft but also sturdy and applies the product onto the face very well without too much streaks
