I was so amazed when I first tried this. It works kinda like a glue for your eye makeup. I didn't expect much because the price is obviously so low. But wow. My eyelids are extremely oily and this helps control the oil and just I'm in love. There's one downside though. I like to use some concealer on my eyelids when doing my base makeup so when I later go on to doing my eye makeup the primer just takes off any concealer or product I had on my eyelids before. But other than that it's brilliant.
