I use this more regularly than a hair mask. I don't feel it is that deep of a conditioner, however, i have very thick long hair. I use this as a regular condition and it is very moisturizing. I do not have damaged hair, so i dont know if it will repair, but it does leave my hair feeling silky. The smell is very fresh. It smells like the liquid salons sanitize their combs in, if that makes sense. it smells fresh and wet, basically with the classic innisfree clean smell. overall: good conditioner for thick hair.
