Honestly, this is a concentrated exfoliant -- it's not some magic, but it's a reasonably gentle exfoliant designed for one specific part of the face. This product is inherently gimmicky (I'm probably not going to buy a second one), but it does work, and considering you can get 2-3 uses out of each of the little balls, it's not unreasonably priced. If you're hovering at, like, $149 in your cart and need something to push you over to the free-EMS bracket, this isn't a bad option.
