This mask is a lightweight gel formula that soothes the skin instantly on contact. It does take a while to absorb, but I find it helps control redness and acne, as well as facial swelling in the morning. My genuine advice for people with drier skin, though, is to use this on the nose/chin/forehead, and use a heavier sleeping pack on the cheeks.
