It does help your nails when they are dry but I don't see any other change, my nails are still too soft and brittle. They are quite comfortable to use, at least I was able to use my cellphone without any problem but you definitely need somebody else for putting them into your fingers.
I would buy them again because they are fun to use and have a lovely smell.
