The ingredients:
24% propolis extract, along with goodies such as honey, royal jelly, and various humectants. No alcohol, no dyes, no mineral oils. The formula contains perfume, last on the ingredient list.
The package:
An elegant square bottle with a pipette. It doesn't reach the very bottom of the bottle, but the ampoule is liquid enough to simply pour out the remaining portion.
The texture:
Slick, viscous gel liquid with a golden hue, that becomes more runny when applied on the skin. It has a faint pleasant honey/cinnamon smell. Absorbs easily and isn't sticky.
Duration of use:
Have finished my first bottle and am on the second one. Have been using it daily for at least 6 months (probably more).
The performance:
I'm 40+ with dehydration prone combination skin, more prone to dryness as I age, especially in winter. I use this ampoule in the pm, after toner and HA serum. I find it very hydrating, pleasant and easily absorbed by my skin. I've been using it under my eyes and it seems to have helped with brightening this area as well as the rest of my face, without causing any irritation or cloudiness. It plays well with any other product i've tried, and doesn't clog my pores or causes breakouts. My skin barrier has improved a lot since using it, and i've stopped using propolis toner as i feel i no longer need it due to the use of this ampoule. If your skin likes propolis and needs barrier support, try this.
Love: the texture, how gentle yet effective the formula is.
Like: the smell. Yeah, i know, i prefer unscented products as well, but in this case it's not a dealbreaker for me.
Dislike: i wish the dropper reached the very bottom of the bottle, or that it came with a pump instead.
