I use it morning and night after cleansing and before serum. I can feel my t-zone is less oily both during the day and after i first wake up in the morning, so it definitely helps with sebum control as stated. The tecture is very light but it's hydrating enough for me. It also contains cetella for great soothing effect. Overall loved it and will repurchase!
