This is a very gentle toner so it’s great for sensitive skin like mine. It feels like water and once you put it on your face it’s not sticky at all. I don’t know if i’ve seen any changes after starting to use it (this isn’t my first bottle) and I don’t think it does everything it promises to do but it’s a nice layer of hydration and prep for other products and ingredients you’ll apply later.

This toner and its gentleness became a lifesaver for me when my skin barrier was very damaged tho, so extra points for that
