This is a very effective cleanser that doesn't strip away you skin. My sensitive and dry skin can't get enough of this cleanser. I usually have to stick to more milder cleansers and this is feels like a mild cleanser. However it removes all my makeup including my waterproof eye makeup. I was able to remove my makeup without using a cleansing balm. Without wetting my face, I take about 7 pumps and start gently applying that on my face. I slowly introduce water and get it foamed up before washing away. My skin feels soft and clean after using.
