This item is a must have if you suffer from constant pimples. Whenever I see a pimple forming on my face, I just dunk a q-tip into this and dab it over my pimples. The  next morning, I wash it off and they are significantly less red and it speeds up the process of the pimple coming to the surface of my skin. I've been using it for a lot of my pimples and there's still a lot of the product left. I highly recommend this if you have breakouts that leave terrible hyperpigmentation scars.
