I will always go back to using this essence - it's literally my favourite. I have oily acne prone skin and this does an amazing job with hydrating my face without making me feel oily. When I'm using tretinoin, I love using this to keep my face well hydrated. This does give a glowly look (for my oily face) around mid day. 100% recommend this
