I've always wanted to try a sherbet cleanser. I've tried Banila one before and it made me break out really bad and did not removed my waterproof eyeliner and mascara. Thus, I was hesitate to try this one. However, I'm glad I did. My face feel clean after washing, with out a film of residue. It removes my waterproof eyeliner and mascara with a bit of massaging the product on my face. It has a herbal/minty sense which smell fresh to me.
