Haven't been able to use it outside yet, but it feels and looks great on my hand. It has a very brief cooling effect and is quite small so it's easy to take on the go. I don't wear face makeup often, so I can't attest to the compatibility with foundation or tints. It does go on really smooth and clear and feels like there's a lot of silicone in it.
