I've only used this once so far but it's really gentle if you had your favorite essence or water to make it less harsh. First I wash my face then get some of the black sugar mask with essence or water and then I massage it on my skin for 2 minutes. After that I leave the mask ok for 10inites and wash it off leaving me with brighter softer skin.
