A primer that does its job. The packaging is beautiful, and the primer just does its job--increases color pigmentation of the eyeshadows and makes them last longer. The texture of this primer is a very smooth, and feels just slightly oily. This texture especially helps the powder eyeshadows cling nicely to your lids and minimizes fallout. A bit "wetter"/oilier than Etude House's primer. Depends on your preference.
