This is an AMAZING cleansing balm. It washes off make up really well and my skin feels refreshed after using it. The only thing I'd say is it leaves my skin feeling a little tight after cleansing. Otherwise, the little spatula is included and is great. I scoop a little on put it on the back of my hand. I dab it using my fingers and massage it onto my face. The instructions say you're supposed to massage it in slowly, and then use a little water and continue massaging...and then wash it off. Meejmuse says she prefers this product over the Banila Clean it Zero cleansing balm.
