I got this as a gift for a friend and the packaging is as cute as it looks. It came with a refill for a great deal; I loved how the minion design was not a sticker!

She is usually a shade 21, but I bought her 23 for the summer. It gives her a bit of color but does not look unnatural. For her sensitive/oily skin, she says the finish is not as perfect as her other BB cream, but that it wears better in an office climate because she does not get as shiny throughout the day. I think that means it is more mattifying than some cushions, although it does give a light glow. For my dry skin, I would probably go with the moist cushion.
