This is the best liquid eyeliner I used, especially for its price! I normally use my CLIO Gelpresso eyeliner but I wanted to try this one because I heard so many good reviews about it and I'm honestly glad I did. This eyeliner stays on all day with only a little bit of smudging but when I use it with a primer, it literally doesn't budge! I have it in the brown shade and i love it soo much :)
