This has a pretty thick cream consistency and works great on blemishes. This also helped to get rid of a stubborn hyper-pigmentation spot after a few applications so I was pretty impressed with the results. Not overly moisturising so probably not great as an everyday cream, I use it for spot treatments only. Did not irritate my sensitive skin.
