I really needed a brown eyeliner that would not transfer onto my lower lid over time, so I tried Liole's Jewel Liner and I fell in love! I fill in my waterline and my upper lasline and the eyeliner stayed put. I never use other eyeliners for my upper lashline because Liole's does such a good job of not making me a raccoon at the end of the day >< There is just enough sparkle/sheen to the liner that it isn't matte and boring.
