I use this before makeup application bc I have dehydrated skin and boy this is such a great pick me up, especially during the hot summer. This is incredibly cooling and makes my skin feel so supple and smooth after one use. It's great to use before makeup bc it improves the texture of your skin and doesnt leave a sticky feeling!
