Wonderful smell, doesn't make me break out, not drying, helps my skincare seep in better

I apply this as the second step of my skincare: I douse a cotton pad with apple cider vinegar and wipe across my face (helps exfoliate), but it is quite tingly/stingy, then i put some rose water toner between my hands and pat on to my face (helps calm the skin)
