I think this eyeliner is pretty solid and is definitely worth it's pretty cheap price. The eyeliner is kind of watery and if applied wrongly(or when your eyelids are greasy or moisturized), it can look stringy and not very bold. However, once you get the niche of it, it's really awesome . Once it dries, and I've taken my time, it looks really good. I've found that when I'm impatient and try to layer on quickly and stuff, it doesn't look good, so it does require time. The applicator is also really nice.
