I read a lot about this product before purchasing and I like it, but it's not an amazing spot treatment for me. The patch stays in place the whole night and it doesn't make pimples worse, however I don't feel like it does anything special to treat them (though sometimes "not making anything worse" is enough). Overall an ok product, but will probably look for other spot treatments.
