It does wonders for mY pinples, I leave it on and then at night I take it off and the pimple has popped by itself. I do all of my skin regimen and then stick the patches, it take care of the pimples with out leaving a nasty scab which I love. Just take it off and stick another one until the pimple is gone. My pimples are completely gone in 2 or 3 days, I find that it makes the pimples "mature" making them ready to pop, but there's no need to since the patches abdorb it.
