I wasn't expecting much from this palette and was worried about having too many shimmery/glittery shades, but it's actually pretty good (#1) and functional. The reds (both the bright red and the more burgundy one) are especially pretty and uncommon and has a great matte finish to it, and only 2 of the shades are a bit too glittery bomb. The other colors are surprisingly quite functional for casual looks as well, the dark green shade looks really great as an eyeliner, as well as the blue, and the browns are decent for work. The powder is actually of more decent quality than I expect from EH, and overall I'm quite happy with the palette, great for those who just want to try something new but don't want to spend too much on multiple eyeshadows. The size is smaller than expected though, but the packaging otherwise is all right - sturdier than I expected. Wish they had a better brush that comes along with it.
