I bought this to throw in my bag for touchups, so I'll be basing my review off of that. I have fairly thick black eyebrows (slightly lighter hair on my head) and got this in dark brown. This feels a little too light brown for me and it may have been better if I tried out the grey, but I was worried about it looking too harsh. I feel like it takes a bit to get some pigment going. I do like the shape and spoolie. It's very easy to make touchups here and there (or do a quick fill-in if I'm running late) so overall it serves its purpose for me.
