I use this to clean the left over waterproof mascara and eyeliner my cold cream doesn't take off.  After using cold cream to wipe off my eye make up, I use this oil all over my face, especially around my eyes and gently rub my eyelashes.  Then I use a tissue to wipe off the left over eye make up, rinse off with warm water, and then use a foam cleanser.  This is a good product for removing any left over makeup your regular makeup remover won't, but I don't think it can remove my eye makeup by itself.
