I have an oily t-zone and somewhat visible pores. The first time, I applied this all over my face.. I got trouble on my cheeks.. so the second time I tried it just on my t-zone and the face area near my nose.. I was more oily than without the base. BUT! When first applied it is smooth and does tone down redness.. so if you're not oily like me and don't have acne prone sensitive skin I think you'll be fine. Should try!
