This is just a so-so toner. What I like about this is it doesn't use alcohol so it can be used with someone with sensitive skin. It has centella asiatica extract but it's only 10%, and 82% of this toner is actually water lol. So it's good for a refreshing toner, but not so much for treating acne I think.
