I think this cleansing water is good! Mine actually came with a free empty one-touch pump bottle instead of a pack of cotton squares (still nice though!). 510 mL is a lot of product and will probably take a very long time to finish. My skin feels clean and refreshed when I use this. It doesn't sting my eyes when removing makeup. It does a good job of removing most makeup but it struggles with the really long-wearing makeup (e.g. lip tint, waterproof gel eyeliner, etc.). This cleansing water does have a fragrance. I personally don't have issues with fragrance in products, but for those who are sensitive to it, you may want to avoid this.
