It does what it says and cleans off my cleansing balm beautifully. I love that it's low pH and that it's affordable! However, if it were to become more expensive then I might go back and stick to my original La Roche Posay Effaclar cleanser (also pH 5.5). Some people may dislike the tea tree oil scent though, however, I love it and find it therapeutic while cleansing.
