I have tried ALL SORTS of black eyeliners. From stila to sephora brand to nyx to kat von d - everything.  And nothing comes close to matching the quality of CLIO liners. CLIO will cost about $9-$10 or maybe less if there's a sale,  It's half the price of most eyeliners you can purchase for this quality.  The staying power is unreal. I went a whole work day AND my office holiday party with zero flaking or smudging.  Also, this purchase comes with its own remover, but I won't recommend the remover.  Use lancome to remove.
