I decided to buy this cleansing balm instead of the famous Banila Co because it has better ingredients. This is my first time using a "balm cleanser" and I am still getting used to it. I used to remove my makeup with a western liquid makeup remover. A lot of people complain about the fragrance, I don't find it bad in any way, just a little different. I don't wear a ton of makeup, just bb, powder, eyebrow pencil and mascara, and it gets it all off except for my mascara. I am thinking about switching to a non-waterproof mascara because I honestly don't want to be "triple cleansing". Overall I like this product and I LOVE the packaging. Heimish in general has vey pretty packaging.
