If you have ever tried the original The Face Shop "Chia Seed Moisturizing Cream," then you may understand my disappointment with this product as being one with sensitive, oily, and acne-prone skin. While it does do as it promises by hydrating the skin, this new formulation seems to have a greater amount of artificial fragrance in it, which irritates my acne only further. It's a strange sensation; while I can feel it hydrating my skin, it also burns slightly as I put it on. Because of the fragrance irritating my skin, it likewise fails its "No Shine" deliverance, causing it to become oily in only an hour.

Note: If your skin is not sensitive to fragrances and do not have acne-prone skin, then I do believe this product would work as advertised for you.
