Instead of using this as a form of makeup like it suggests in the description, I use it as an overnight treatment when my lips are really chapped. It's very sticky, so you'll have to be careful about hair getting stuck to your lips (or in my case, dog fur) and the scent is a bit strong, but in the morning after it's sunk in completely my lips feel less chapped and more hydrated.
