Personally, I find Clio's brown liner true to colour as a brown eyeliner. I've used different brands and found that even though it was labelled brown, it was still dark enough to look black. It's great to use when going for a more subtle lined eye. That being said, some people might think it's not very pigmented.

I can't confirm if it's actually waterproof but it definitely lasts all day for me. In comparison to my HG Stila liquid liner, the formula a great contender plus its much cheaper and has a cute mini eye makeup remover
