I've been using these patches for a couple of weeks now and find them effective, but kind of wish they would work even better. They definitely help with inflamations and redness, but I need to use three-four patches before I can see the blemish disappear. I like the fact that they come in different sizes and are almost transparent so it's hard to spot you're wearing them.
