Compared to the Nexcare acne patches, this COSRX definitely beats it. If placed in areas on the face where there isn’t much movement (such as the cheeks), the pimple patch stays on there! However, if placed around the nose or chin, the patch will most likely fall off (if placed during the night).
It has a smooth texture to it, and also is flexible, which is good for curved areas on the face.
I usually place the patch onto pimples that have formed the pus-filled pimple at night. The next morning when the patch is removed, it looks exactly the same as I placed it at night, however the pimple is more “softer?” and it makes it more easy to remove the pus by wiping it with a clean tissue/q-tip. (versus using your fingers to squeeze the pus out, which can hurt and the bacteria from your fingers can contaminate the area).
