i think it does help a little with wrinkles. I think it is just temporary though. It is fun to use and spoil yourself with. I think it is a little moisturizing. other than that the shape is a little hard to use for me. It doesn't really smell. The hydrogel is breakable. The liquid is like water. The I like the packaging. i might purchase this again as something fun to relax with.
