I have to say, this toner is not like your usual toner. American toner tends to have a lot of alcohol content focusing on cleaning the entire face of dirt and oil and tends to dry the skin. Asian toner tends to prepare your skin to absorb your other skincare products better into your skin. For this toner, it provides of base of hydration for my skin. The consistency is white like milk and is a little bit thicker rather than watery like your usual toners. I just love how a small amount of it would spread throughout the entire face. Usually with toners, you would use a pad to spread over your face. But this toner doesn't require a pad. Definitely worth the price!
