These patches make pimples come up and out more quickly. However, I found that they only worked well for the smaller pimples. They did nothing to help the larger pimples which I have more of a problem with. I didn't really think they helped that much with healing, only with making the pimples come out. Overall I give this four stars because it works but only sometimes.
