First of all, this product is not for girls with double eyelids- it creases. Although, I think you could make it work if you carefully apply to only the lower lid. My eyes are not oily but the product is, so it kept moving around. At first I thought that it would be too light and shimmery to work as a base but it actually is not, I even put a matte colour over it and it was fine. I think it's an okay product and I will be using it but there are probably better bases out there.
