I am not used to liquid matte tints, but this is definitely a great one. I got it in the Dollish Beige Rose color and it looks great. After you apply it it gets that velvety texture like the description pictures. I recommend to use a lip balm first or exfoliate your lips because it is a drying lip product, so if you have dry lips it might make them worse or the color might stay in the small spaces in the lips.
