This makeup removing balm does an excellent job of removing all traces of my foundation and waterproof eye makeup. I rinse it with lukewarm water and a microfiber cloth. I always double cleanse when using this product, because it does leave a small amount of residue behind. Also, when I received it, it had leaked out of the container. This was a huge mess to deal with, so if possible don't order it when your location is 80 degrees F outside.
