This toner doesn't leave my skin feeling dry at all. Even though it's got a thin water like texture, it doesn't feel like you're just putting water on your face and it makes my face very soft. Definitely one of my favorites (along side the Mamonde rose toner). It's also very affordable and as I said, it's my second purchase already:)
