I was excited to try these out because I've used the KAO (Japanese) brand of steam eye masks before, and it would be so convenient if I could order this type of item from Jolse! It's honestly the same as KAO brand -- unscented, made out of a cotton/felt type of fabric, doesn't irritate the eye area. It does stay warm for quite a long time, but never uncomfortably hot. I gave it less stars because of the price because you can find more economical versions out there, but if you don't really mind, these masks do work.
