Wanted to jump onto this peel-off makeup trend with this product. Got this packaging version because there were complaints about the tube version being too imprecise. This applicator is a flat plastic wand/spatula so you can be a lot more precise, but I think the tube helped with applying a thicker coat faster (and you need a thick coat for peel off products to work). For this type of applicator, you need to constantly re-dip and put on more layers, or else there won't be much of a stain and it'll be a pain to peel off. However, you also need to work fast, because if you try to put on more layers as the product is trying, you'll disturb what's already on your lips. It's a nice gimmicky product and does produce a really natural stain but it wears off so quickly! Too much effort for little reward, tbh.
